I am very satisfied. I tried ordering from other suppliers, merchants, and even big brand businesses and none could deliver! LITERALLY! 3 months of back and forth! I was trying to save on the shipping, but it was all pointless. I wish I would have bought from here originally! I got the couch 3 days early because I was so close to the shipping location. It was pretty easy to assemble, just take your time with the instructions. Everything works as it should and the additional storage!? WHOA! Big space saver! So happy with that! It’s a firm couch, so strongly consider it if you prefer something softer. It could use some more stuffing so I’ll probably buy some of that. For the price and all the BS that I experienced, at no fault of the Amazon seller, I am a happy buyer. Thank you for making this couch available in your store and completing my game room.

Couch is exactly as described. Product came VERY WELL packaged and was very easy to assemble. It needed a total of 20 screws (installed with an allen wrench) and 8 legs that just push and screw in to assemble. then everything just locks together. It took me about an hour by myself. It is on the smaller side (dimensions on the image are correct) but for a sunroom that doesn't get used often - it's perfect. The cushion on the seats are a little firm but comfortable to me; however, I may end up getting thicker pillows for the back as those are pretty thin. We'll see over time if they continue to expand (cushions come shrink wrapped and take a few hours to inflate).The storage under the chaise and under the sofa bed is great! Very spacious. And the chaise has pneumatic lifts that allow it to stay up while accessing the storage. The arm rest storage is minor, but is a nice added bonus. The storage pockets on the outside are very small and very flimsy. I'd be afraid to put more than a magazine a piece in them. But not a deal breaker to me.For a $400 sofa - you can't beat it. You get what you pay for, of course a more expensive couch would be larger and softer.

Beautiful, soft and easy to assemble. Plus it has great features. The price is amazing too! Definitely worth it.We haven’t cleaned it yet but the covers all come off and are machine washable which is SO nice!

UPDATE - after a month is gotten worse. I lowered the stars. We just can't get comfortable. I went to sit down on it to write this review and when I placed my knee on the couch to climb on I felt the bar right on my knee that took my breath away in pain. In doing my best to return this item but because it arrived in 3 large boxes and several small boxes I've been trying to work with the seller to return. I will say the storage is great but not for every day use. Not comfy. Lesson learned go to the store to try it out FIRST.UPDATE - after owning this a few weeks now. Down to 3 stars. Here are our thoughts. The cushions are extremely thin. You can feel the back bar. Our fear is if you lean back or a heavy person leans back the back brace will break. The butt cushions are not that great either. I did buy decorative pillows that we can use to also lay on but this couch is not gonna last. We do love the storage but that's truly the only thing we love about the couch. Also a few days ago, I went to move the couch and it felt like something cracked or snapped. We love this concept of this couch. We think it's perfect for someone starting out like a college person. Kids will jump and this couch will. Not. Last. Not sure what we are going to do. Seems like a pain to return as I had tons of tiny parts to put on to make the couch snap together.************First thoughts upon receiving this item. 4 star.I just received these boxes today, three of them. I was able to drag them inside and open them up and lay out all the pieces. It's a lot more pieces than I thought. Please be sure to read the directions carefully. I cannot stress that enough. I was able to put this couch together completely by myself, and it took approximately 3 to 3.53 hours. Had I received some help to hold some parts together?I could have shaved off at least an hour. I agree that the cushions on the back.Part definitely need more stuffing. I will be making a trip to the craft store within the next week or 22 make them a little more fluffy. We needed a couch that was going to last us a few more years before we decide to retire, and this was the perfect choice. I can do a better review after some actual use.

It’s comfy enough to sleep on for sure. It was super easy to put together. The charging ports work. The storage is super roomy. My only complaint is the back cushions aren’t comfortable but I got pillows to add and that solves that issue. It’s roomy and big enough for 2-3 people. But fits great in a small apartment. I’d definitely recommend buying for the price it’s hard to beat. The white version is very soft.

I did not want a substanial sofa as this is just for company and occasional seating but I did want something that would last; I don't anticipate this will last more than a year even with light usage.Pros: Like the blue color, packaging was mind boggling, small footprint, 1 person put it together in 90 min, good conceptCons: Fabric is thin, sofa is low to the ground and not a good fit for anyone over 5'8", missing minor things that are an annoyance (USB hookup for 1 side & velcro to attach the 'basket' to the pull out drawer)Don't know yet: Waiting to see if vaccuum packed cushions and pillows inflate to more than 3" ; Waiting to see if seller is responsive to supplying what is missing and doing so in a timely manner

We literally just put this sofa together in my new apartment. it was very easy to put together and fits perfectly in the small apartment space. We bought this with the idea of having a space that my grandchildren can pull out to sleep on when visiting. I can hardly wait for the first sleep over. It is comfortable and beautiful

Really easy to put together very very well made very comfortable fits great in my room and so easy to change to bed very sturdy and there are 2 usb ports and 1C port for charging,the storage is amazing aswel,well worth the money very very good quality any issues and the seller is very responsive if i could give 10 stars i would

Firstly the two cartons arrived at my door far sooner than the delivery dates posted on the site. Secondly the sofa bed is much easier to assemble than the YouTube vidoes I watched prior to receiving the item. All it takes to assemble it is the included tiny Allen key. I have no issues with the back rest as stated in other reviews. The wee bit of a complaint I have (maybe I am nitpicking here) is the right Velcro strap were part M fits, is too short to fit around the bar on part L. The left Velcro strap fits as it is designed to fit.In short I love the Sofa bed. It is the perfect size for the space I allocated. Thank you Dataspace. Well Done.

Arrived in 3 large (and very heavy) boxes over 2 days, but marked as "delivered" after only 2 boxes received. Contacted seller, who tracked 3rd box and confirmed that last box due for delivery next day, which it was.All parts present and accounted for, and in new condition. Assembly instructions mostly clear, but had trouble with the metal brackets (2 big and concave, 2 smaller and conflex-- came interlocked and wasn't sure once I pried them apart what direction to screw them in or how to slot them together), however made it work through trial and error.All cushions (seat and back) were thin, which I expected from precious reviews. Had purchased a 5kg bag of stuffing (via Amazon) and used roughly half of this to plump all of them up, to good effect.Storage is excellent, cup holders very handy, and the colour is exactly what I expected based on the pictures.Happy with my purchase.
