It just came in today. I opened the box and found a very rusty Allen wrench. It seems that this was taken out of the trash, put in a box and sent to me. Not a good look.Difficult to install because of the disgusting rust on install tooll

The item feels great and smooth when you first try it but then the screws that secure it onto steering wheel strip off really eazy and won't tighten onto the steering wheel any longer. Definitely isn't built to last but was expecting it to last a bit longer than two days. I wouldn't but this again ever!

barely fits on a JD 1025R, hard to get clamps to fit, screws stripped easily.Doesnt fit due to wheel grip, slips and comes loose.

I never understand why anyone would go to all the trouble to design, build, market and ship something that they KNOW is going to fail miserably after use. This is one of those items. They decided to "cheap out" on the threaded insert into which the hex bolts tighten. The threads stripped out with only finger pressure! Now after 2 uses the item is useless. It gets better... They charge you $38 for the item but only refund $20 when you go to return the junk... Nice way to do business. $18 additional pure profit on every item "returned" due to their poor engineering.
