Build is nice. assembly was easy. only issue had was instructions on door. had to do it backwards, and one piece of the frame I had to flip around other that no issues. had few dents but may happened from delivery no big deal. more likely will order bigger one in future

The shed caused a lot of leakage, so it was not waterproof as we thought. Condensation builds up frequently. Came with a lot of dents as well. Overall quality was poor.

Certainly, less expensive than similar storage units sold through Lowes or Home Depot. From our experience building this unit here are the critical issues:1. Directions are no more than some SMALL print diagrams. You'll have to do some guessing and occasionally try a couple of options before you get the parts together correctly. Had to drill a couple of holes to get some of the panels to align.2. Shed is really closer to 3.5 by 5.5 so you'll have less storage than you thought.3. Latch can is lite weight but worse, you can remove it with a hand screwdriver. NOT secure at all (see photo).If you are comfortable working with tools and want to save some money, this might be for you. Now, have to figure out how I can lock it securely!!

It's hard to believe this shed came out of such a small box. It took several hours for two people to assemble. It looks nice and has been very functional. It is sturdy and has held up well with daily use. We did build a platform and bolted it down for added stability. We also took the time to spray foam and seal any openings to weather proof and pest proof. Overall, it was a great purchase.

All time top 3 of most difficult assembly instructions. All instructions are via drawings and not good drawings at that. It would be helpful if you made a note if it is the front or back of the part. Or, say, put this on the front of the panel and flip it over to install this on the back of the panel. Or, with regards to the roof panels, show the difference in the distance between the end of the panel and the attachment holes and the hole closer to the edge should be closest to the roof ridge and the slightly longer hole from the edge should be at the bottom . Say something.Once put together, the quality looks good. We will see how it lasts through winter.

It in no way shape or form is a 5x3 shed. Built a foundation for it and the outside measurement was 4 1/2 x 2 1/2. So that means even smaller on the inside. I boxesd it back up and sending back never even put it together after laying out the bottom frame on my foundation.
