This is a great grill for the price. It arrived a day earlier than scheduled, with no damage and with all its parts. The instruction manual was well written (better than they usually are) with clear directions and drawings. I'm pretty handy and it only took me a couple hours to assemble it working solo. Everything works great and I've already grilled steaks and chicken on it. For those looking for a good natural gas grill (which can be hard to find at local stores that stock only liquid propane grills ) I highly recommend this grill. It's a beautiful grill, works great, and looks like it could easily cost double what it does. I've already had some nice compliments on it and I'm sure more will follow.

This grill has already shown it's quality and value. True Natural Gas grill with hose and NG fitting included for your gas line. Relatively easy assembly (for a couple in our mid 70's with basic skills). Arrived with adamaged grill plate which was quickly replaced with expedited shipping by the VERY accommodating Representative of the manufacturer! Bravo.

Purchased this grill May 2023, Oct 2024 went to use it since August and rhe bottom of the grill is completely disintegrated. BIG HOLE CAN'T EVEN BE REPLACED

This gas grill was delivered and assembled by Amazon. The gentleman showed up on time and assembled it very well. The gas grill itself is very good for the price paid. The only fault is the ignition system is temperamental. I will probably have to adjust the igniters, so they are closer to the gas tubes. One last comment is that the natural gas fitting is 3/8 not half-inch as in older natural gas grills.

This Dyna-Glo Natural Gas Grill is simply put, "terrific". It's replacing a 25 year old Charm-broil grill for which I could no longer get repair or replacement parts. The burner technology has of course gotten better over the last 2 decades but the convenience of lighting each one separately with it's own igniter is a real improvement! Assembly instructions were the best I have encountered. Instead of the 2 person suggestion, taking @55 minutes, I did it myself in just over an hour. The heaviest item was of course the grill body. I would definitely get another person to lift and place in position if you happen to have one willing to help, lol! After connecting it to my existing gas fitting the burners lit up at first try. No leaks with the factory installed gas hose. One session of cooking and I could not be more pleased. I fully anticipate many years of trouble-free use.

Purchased a cover for this unit. One incident meat flared up. Now the exterior of the lid is rusted. Heat distribution is good.Watch smaller items as they will fall through the grates.Overall fair unit for the money.

This product came with excellent instructions for those of us who may or may not know how to put a bbq together. I am a woman and could easily follow instructions. The bbq is excellent quality for the price and I would have no problem referring someone to buy it. By the way, it was exceedingly well boxed for as you know many items have come in poor overall condition due to the boxing and wrapping.

Honestly never heard of DynoGlo bbq before. Read a few reviews and went for it. Been using it a while now and very impressed. Took two of us too put it together and it was solid and well made. Maybe one screw needed a bit of 'jiggling' to get it to line up. Use is fantastic - the igniters are in the gas knob which is easy, and the side burner is perfect. Overall cooking is great, still getting use to the temperature control though as the thermometer (imo) is not accurate. Otherwise great bbq.

Was cheaper than other vendors around $30 but has a little rust around the gas knobs

No matter how clean you keep the pan and grill grates, flames will always propagate onto the food, even at low temperatures. This is the third DynaGlo we have had and not had this issue with past units. Quite annoying, need to babysit at all times to ensure no burning.
