I've used it twice so far, and it's worked really well. There's nothing wrong with it. The lamp is well packaged and so far the lamp is working well and I would buy it again.

I think that the product isn’t bad at all for the price, but more in-depth electrical specs would be helpful. These each require a 20 amp circuit minimum or they will keep powering up and down. Not a good combination when trying to keep consistent temperature like curing powder coat or paint in general. So make sure you use some dedicated circuits to safely and effectively use these.

Use it at home. It's really hot. I really like this heater. Very good. Recommended.

Do not buy this for home use!You can't safely run 4000w (2 lamps with 2x1000 watt bulbs each) on 120 volts in most US households. That puts the current draw at 32 amps, which means you need two dedicated 20 amp circuits and 10/2 wiring. The wires on the bulbs are too small for the current. They appear to be about 16 gauge and should be at least 12 or even 10.If any of what I just said makes you nervous, you shouldn't buy this product because you're going to have to assemble and wire everything. There is no power plug, no instructions. There is just a couple of bulbs with pigtails and all the pieces for the case that you must assemble.Otherwise, they actually produce good heat and are well worth the money.

These units are rather lightweight and a little tricky to assemble. You'll need to wire them yourself. I wired mine straight to 120V power, so they're pulling 18A each. Each unit needs to run on a separate 20A circuit, 15A circuit will trip immediately. I used these to cure powdercoat on a long trailer hitch, and they brought it to 400 degrees F without much trouble. You can't knock these around, but for occasional use they are an excellent value.
