While these cards did take some time to arrive, they are worth the wait. They came out perfectly just as I had designed them. The paper quality, size and thickness is perfect - just what you'd expect in a business card. Everything was spelled correctly. I am very happy with my purchase. The cards were also easy to design and order and came at a great price point.

I ordered these for a local author night at our local library. I held out some hope they would arrive in time due to the fact they were shipping from Elk Grove, IL and I live in Ohio. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The cards are perfect. They turned out wonderfully and the colors are precisely what I wanted. It was the shipping that bothered me. At least they're here now and I'll have them for the next author night. Next time, however, I'll just buy the business card blanks and print them myself at home. It's faster and less expensive in the long run. If you're not in a rush to get your business cards, then feel secure in ordering from here.

I made it clear, that I wanted a professionally design card created by your company; not a direct copy of what I sent you as a mock up; I wanted the card to include the ideas of the mock up, but I wanted a professionally designed card using black snd white card stock, white font as large as possible, all I got was a print out of the direct copy of what I sent as a guide, because your company requested a sample of what I wanted on the card. I ask you numerous times I wanted to have a direct conversation with one of your designers so there was no confusion or misunderstanding but my request was ignored. The first order of cards that I bought from you was bad because I did not explain accurately enough to get the card designed correctly. The second order of cards, I provided a mock up of what I wanted and you used my hand written sample to actually print the business card. Very unprofessional! I asked that the money I spent for the first batch of business cards be applied to the second batch of cards. I understand I cannot return my cards, but I should get credit for what I spent. You have convinced me that ordering custom business cards cannot be ordered online without having a direct conversation with the designer to avoid confusion and miscommunication. I tried twice and failed twice, not to mention the expense and extreme frustration . I am trying to build a new company and my business card was to be my biggest marketing tool. So you are comfortable "shooting in the dark" I am not! I am a teacher for over 45 years, and I firm believer in that you learn from your mistakes, so what have we learned??? I am out a professional business card that I clearly outlined in the second order. I did not get a professional design business card made from your company. What do we do from here????
