**UPDATED** I still have not received my refund for my original order and they would not do an exchange so I had to repurchase and return the first one for a refund. (still waiting)The refund comes through amazon (I think). I have called and called customer service with no luck on my refund, which sucks because then i'm out about $38. its a nightmare...HOWEVER, Originally I ordered an XL (I did not compare to size chart for first order), I returned the XL and reordered in size medium (based on the size chart)The measurements on the product description are accurate, so highly recommend to measure yourself because if you go based on your size it will be too big. I usually were a size Large, so I sized up just for it to be a bit bigger, but it was HUGE.My measurements are:Bust: 41 Waist: 36Hips: 42and my weight is 177.2I hope this helps for your size option. :) But aside from amazon customer service this product is high quality and tbh the best clothing product I have ordered from Amazon. I am going to buy a second one in the brown/black color mixed zip up.I love it! soft & comfortable. With the size medium, I still have a lot of room. A small could fit me too. But the medium is perfect. (Hope this helps) :) I def recommend this product._____________The product is super soft and really cute! However it runs really big! I ordered an XL but will reorder for a medium***I returned the item and have not received my refund and have had nothing but extreme issues with customer service.I called amazon customer service and they told me that their system shows that I didn't not return the item. However, I returned the item to UPS on 1/13/2023 myself and gave the item to UPS and they scanned the QR code that was provided to me via amazon. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with amazon and got absolutely NOWHERE! I filed a claim via UPS. I ALSO, told Amazon that I have the receipt from UPS that I received when I returned the product. I will update once this issue gets resolved or I get an update. Customer service has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!

The pullover I received was lighter in color and longer than the one pictured. It was very soft but felt thin and cheap. The pockets also created a weird lump if I tried to fold/tuck the pullover into my jeans to make it not so long. I’m 5’7 and have a narrow frame. I ordered a small and the sleeves fit well but everything else just felt awkward. I’m returning it and just going to get the name brand product I’ve been wanting but didn’t want to splurge on.

I like this so much I bought 2. I got the light brown cow print (the background is cream not white) and the dark brown cow print (background is true white) I was iffy on sizing so to hopefully help someone out - bust: 42 waist: 32 hips: 42. I'm 5'3 and around 170 with a more muscular/swimmers build with broad shoulders. I got a large and it fits great. Slightly fitted look but still a few inches of wiggle room everywhere. Hip area is a little more baggy than the rest but it's great for sitting down and not feeling smushed 😅 feels like wearing a blanket without making me sweat. Super soft, medium fluff (love that part because it's not obvious or the typical extra 10lb look. Sleeves fit great - I've got long arms for being short, and decent sized biceps.
