enriched with vitamins but taste is like ur eating plain wheat flour in milk u add some jaggery powder it makes an awesome delightful porridge. not that convinence while traveling u need to cook it

This also another interesting combination of organic food where nutrition of dates along with Almonds & Wheat ensures balanced development of my kids & ensure hemoglobin level build up thanks to dates, development of brains elements thanks to Almonds & availability of carbohydrates & essential fiber through wheat. My daughter relishes it like any other food & we as a parent happy about the qualitative input that we are able to give ticket our kids due to offering from Early Foods.
