This little tiller surprised me. I wasn’t expecting it to do such a good job in hard compacted soil but, it does great. I love its small size for tilling in-between plants and how easy it is to maneuver around. We have even used it to till up hard compact ground for a new vegetable patch. Battery last longer than I expected as well. Great tiller, very pleased with it. Thank you!

I bought this and within the 1st month, the battery would no longer charge. Sent an email to the seller's warranty department (American Lawn mower Company) explaining the issue and 1 week later without talking to anybody other than an email response saying the battery was being replaced the next day. The tiller works well, but well rooted crabgrass will stop the tines from spinning. Due to the closeness of the tines, every once in a while, I have to stop and remove grass and weeds that have wrapped around the shaft between the tines. Would not want to use this on untilled ground. It is ideal for previously tilled ground and keeping weeds at bay. I use it in my flower beds and garden. Easier than using a hoe or shovel. It tends to pile up the dirt when using it so expect to have to level the dirt with your foot or a rake when finished.

Surprised after 4 days of use it has long battery life, and works well in its narrow path. It’s light but feels well made. Unlike on my big gas tiller, the shorter tines are easy to rid of grass and weeds . Assembly was literally a snap.

Was hesitant to order something like this, but oh my!! This tool is ah-mazing!! It's lightweight, but packs a powerful tilling ability. Battery lasts a long time and I'm finding more and more places in my gardens and yard to use it. happy happy with this purchase! easy to assemble (altho very ikea like directions) and I love the fact that once started, I don't have to hold the button constantly to keep it running. Just press button and power handle and once started, release the button and away you go!

It arrived on time, I have to say that I was skeptical about this item, but it did surprise me it's a good machine being battery operated, easy to assemble and believe it or not it has some power behind it, now keep in mind I'm using it for a small garden and I have to say it works well. Before you ask my garden is 14 feet by 14 feet. And the battery lasted for an hour or so..

Tool works great; this is my 2nd purchase in less than 18 mos; the battery goes bad and you are unable to purchase a replacement.

Super happy with this purchase, it was just what I needed to get my yard cleaned up for my garden… As you could see in the picture, it’s been well used. I was really looking for some thing that would work well, but not be too much of a strain for me. This ended up being perfect… Assembly was fairly easy, I did it myself. And I can operate it without getting worn out. I don’t know if it’ll last, long enough for me to be elderly, but I think that if it does, I’ll still be able to use it when I’m that old. If not I’ll definitely buy another one, so I can continue to take care of my garden well into my golden years with ease.
