This is a difficult product to review. On the one hand, just as pictured, it comes with a wide variety of accessories and even a carrying case. However, the device itself feels a bit chintzy. The keys, especially feel very cheap and lack both weight and travel in terms of the amount of movement in the key itself. It feels very much like a cheap plastic stand-alone keyboard.That being said, all of this is to be considered in context of the price which is very affordable and reasonable.So, that makes me say that this is a good choice for an entry level instrument and it would make a great gift to someone looking for fun toy distraction or someone who is looking to get an unorthodox sound but isn't looking to become a serious student of the instrument.

If you know anything about a melodica, you'll know you're in it for the very specific sound it makes. This thing is top quality as far as they go, perfectly tuned out of the box with no issues with producing sound whatsoever. Several different tubes and mouth pieces depending on what you find comfortable. the fact that it even comes with a carrying case and a shoulder strap and all these extras is just fantastic for the price. i'm highly satisfied.
