This 40mm (L) x 40mm (W) extruded aluminum heatsink kit is specially designed for Cooling 3D Printers Stepper Driver, NEMA 17, TEC1-12706 Thermoelectric Peltier Modules. This set of heatsink is low profile (0.43" / 11mm) and made from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with high thermal conductivity, structure stability and light weight. The heatsink extrusion is in vertical and horizontal grooves, that is greatly increases the heat dissipation function. The surface of extruded aluminum is anodized. This kit of heatsink comes with 40x40mm pre-applied thermal conductive adhesive tape, for easy installation and optimum heat conductivity.

The size is perfect for standard size stepper motors, the adhesive didn’t require any prep work and has held on upside down in temperature fluctuating chamber with no issues. I used an extra to mount to pancake stepper that is moving all the time. Still holding like a rock. My stepper motors seem to keep about 8 degrees colder during peak usage.Great gain for the price.

A great addition to any electronic device such as audio to increase heat sink surface area and enhance passive cooling or incorporate into an active cooling system.Strong adhesive. Place carefully as you will only have one shot at mounting it! Quite difficult to remove and there’s also the risk of damage to your device should you try to.

I put 8 of these on my DC DC battery charger in my camper van. Keeping the charger several degrees cooler than it was before. The adhesive bottoms work well. Seems like good value for the money. The small size also makes them versatile.

I used these on the power pack for my laptop. I noticed it gets extremely hot. I added 1 heatsink to each side and the temperature difference was remarkable. It was actually cool to the touch.

Not the ideal size and shape for my tab power transistors sticking up from a breadboard. But I simply peeled the back off and stuck them on with one corner pointed down, like a diamond shape. They stick well, and the transistors are running cool!

I saw someone use these on the bottom of the ATEM case along with a fan in an attempt to help it cool down. I'm not sure how effective they are being attached to plastic, but I have no complaints about the product itself.

I was doubting they were going to work when I bought them, but I was dead wrong these work unreal the Y axis stepper motor was sitting at 51 degrees C and it dropped their temp down to 30 degrees C great purchase would definitely buy again

Die T7 wurde durch vieles Schreiben zu heiß, jetzt ist es gut.Klebt zuverlässig, sitzt fest.Alle Finnen gerade, nichts verbogen.Sicherlich auch zuverlässig für heißere Produkte.

Del kit di 4, ne ho attaccati 2 (uno per lato) ad un'elettrovalvola per CO2 per l'acquario che normalmente quasi ustionava quando accesa.Risultato ottimo, temperatura dell'elettrovalvola abbassata veramente tanto, con buone speranze per un'aumentata durata nel tempo.

I fitted these to the base of my ATEM Mini Pro. It was getting very hot. It now runs just with a slight warmth. Easy to fit, I used two packs and it will probably get me many more trouble free years out of the equipment.
