I was worried about figment the most. My XL ottoman wasn’t like the pictured one.Fits nice and snug, nice material, the water proofing is a water resistant layer of rubberized substance they applied to the inside of cover material. It should work okay. I don’t think I’d dry it, it might cause it to deteriorate like the rubberized backing on bath rugs.

This is was the closest fit I could find for the dimensions I needed. Can’t attest to the waterproof yet but after six months it’s held up great

This cover fit my ottoman perfectly and definitely protects it. However, I’ve noticed that it holds pet hair more than any other fabric I’ve had in my home. I’ve tried lint rollers, vacuums, etc. and I can never get it completely clean.

I enjoy that these are easy to install/ remove for washings. They've held up pretty well to multiple kids and dogs.
