I had significant nuisance tripping with the older (longer) version of these breakers. These work great. No nuisance tripping.

We purchased a home, and in one of our rooms, the breaker kept on tripping. I started researching and discovered that my current Eaton Breakers Typ BRAF had a factory defect after various years. I swapped it out with the Eaton BRN115AF, and it fixed the problem. If you are having issues with your breakers tripping, this might be the issue.

The house was built in 2010 with a number of AFCI breakers. Our vacuum tripped them all at some point. After doing some research, I replaced the breakers with these and it fixed the problem.
