Why don't they make this with the ground on top? So we don't have to install it with the plug upside- down....The unit is as advertised and functions well.

Good quality connection and not cheep n flimsy materials n insulation. Had to drill anchor screw holes in ward to use original holes in floor. 465 minutes later I'm impressed. A very durable product. Another amazingly affordable Amazon product. Keep up the great price n problem solving products.

It is just as advertised, it installed properly, and has been in use for some time without any problems.It is just like the original, [or better, since the original was old, crusty, rusty and damaged from decades of hard use in harsh environments], and I would advise to any prospective buyer, before closing the unit up, fill it with high temp RTV silicone to keep out dirt, bugs, water, and oxygen, and this will help it last even longer.This part could, in theory, last 50 years or more.
