My only real dislike is the fact that they did NOT finish or even bother doing an interior of the truck. The money spent and what you're used to getting this deserves an interior that the customer will expect.

These trucks are notorious for stripping the transmission gears and breaking driveshafts. 3 out of 4 of mine have stripped the low speed gears. If you are the type of person who likes to tinker and you don't mind repairing a brand new truck, these are great. You will need metal transmission gears, and metal driveshafts are also a good idea.

This truck is awesome to look at. It has a high speed gear you can switch into at any time, very cool. The problem is, these last two days and FMS has zero customer support. I ordered this and the power wagon. Both worked briefly and then died. Both batteries are fully charged. I am not new to RC, in fact I am an avid RC enthusiast. I unfortunately will never purchase from FMS again as they could clearly not care less about customer service. To make a customer jump through hoops to send videos of the truck doing nothing is ridiculous and very poor support. Stick with the brand names like Axial, you cannot go wrong with them.

It has a 2 speed transmission. Low speed is great for crawling and high speed is great for faster action. It comes with metal links and I upgraded to metal drive shafts from the stock plastic ones.

Was really looking forward to this lc80 I ordered in blue but I received the grey one. Pretty disappointed as I have a few grey cars already and loved the blue. Also the car was going in reverse extremely slowly by itself when the trigger was in the neutral position. Th trim was not doing that. Pretty dissatisfied for almost $200.

Main thing that got me into this style RC Crawler was the fact that support for FCX24 is also supported on this frame. The main thing however that annoys me is the options for batteries. You are limited to max 54mm long batteries unless you get a battery tray to change the battery location towards the top of the rear axle. It's an okay spot but note for the weight now. It's fun to mess with the my cats. Also I'm pulling a Traxxas Utility trailer every now and then. Quite fun cause you can run it around in smaller areas.
