The cup is very nice. Smaller then expected and when I opened the box to pick it up one of the red rhinestones on the side of the stem of the cup fell off.

It’s a beautiful cup. But it was broke on arrival. There was hardly any packing around it to keep it from damage. Cannot get ahold of customer service.
