I use the paper to make greeting cards and gift bags, not for scrapbooking. This specific package includes 12 double sided sheets, but there are 2 of each, so 12 different designs, not 24. I am planning to use these to make cards for veterans, so I have no use for the 4th of July journaling tags. Fortunately, I can use the reverse side of the paper. The designs are good for my purpose, and the paper is heavy. I also don't use the stickers, but I donate them to the library. I am happy with the purchase.
