Works great for waterproofing my cement projects. I dip items twice and wait for about 5 minutes between coats. Dries clear and works great.

We recently had a stamped concrete patio put in and were advised to put some water proofing sealant on it yearly. I looked at the traditional products that are applied with a brush. I had used these brands before on our deck (which we replaced with the patio) and never was very happy with them.Eco Advance seemed very interesting. I liked that it was water based and could be applied with a garden sprayer. It also had a reasonable price and plenty of positive reviews.I have to say I'm very happy with the product overall. Applying the recommended 2 coats to our patio took very little time - just over an hour. In fact, it took longer for me to pressure wash the concrete beforehand.You do have to watch for the product to pool in certain areas. I think it was a bit more problematic because our concrete has wood-grain stamping. But dabbing it with an old towel took care of the excess.Sure enough, we had some light rain a few days later. The water beaded up on the concrete and either ran off or evaporated over time. It's been on a few months now and I have noticed the same thing each time it rains.The product left no marks or stains on the concrete and didn't have an overly powerful smell. It took approximately 2 premixed gallons to waterproof about 480 square feet.I'd definitely recommend Eco Advance. It takes a tedious chore and makes it much easier. And so far, so good with the waterproofing itself.

I did my entire concrete backyard. Power washed, dries a couple days and sprayed on with garden sprayer. Simple, no color change, non slip and heads water like crazy. Also sprayed side of house which is stucco and water just falls off that area.

I have been trying different sealing products for our concrete driveway ever since it was installed in 1999.There were products that work Ok ranging from hardware store to specialty store but I was never overly impressed by the result but we put up with those sealing product until this year! After much research we came across the Eco Advance Waterproofer Concentrate and there are good reviews by users! The cost is no worse than what I have been using but the difference showed up on how easy to apply and how well the result showed up after the very first rain fall! I will certainly recommend it and I did to my two neighbours already!!

This stuff is absolutley the best. goes on quick and easy and works perfectly without any discolouration. non slip after application. wonderful product and highly recommend.Note: Purchase a sprayer to use for application.

Project ... weather sealing a 30 feet high field stone and mortar chimney.Decided to use a small hand sprayer. Gave me more control on spraying specific spots which are more exposed to the elements. If too much product applied on one spot, streaking will occur and show running down on stones. I was able to control that with the small hand sprayer. Was able to do three light coats using all 16 oz. Suggest wearing a mask not to breathe in the overflowing mist. Just had a nice downpour recently and it appears this product does what it is intended for. The rain water is now streaking down the stones and mortar. Happy with the results.
