This will work with Avery. The only thing is that it's thinner and the preforations will show a little. If using them for nametags, these are great for the price!

EcoEarth - Name Tag Inserts - 3x4, 300 Cards, 50 Sheets - CustomizableI admit it. I do order name tag inserts, but that is not what I use them for. These may be great for you, but not for me. I consider three stars as average or just okay. They are cardstock, but are not heavy cardstock. If you print on both sides (as I do), the back side shows through the front. That probably is not an issue if you are using them as name badges. They did go through my duplexing Brother laser printer without issue using the manual feed tray. The perforations do break easily. However, they are not micro perforations (they are longer cut lines with a space between), and the edges are a bit rough when broken apart. That probably is not an issue if you are using them as name badges. Again, I am not. Most importantly to me is that the vertical perforations on the two outside edges was not consistent. Some were a approximately 1/4" on both edges, others were 3/8" on one side and 1/8"on the other. See photo. I print a design on these, and that threw the design off vertical center on those. I am particular and threw them away. I may sit and sort them at some point to adjust my design, but I should not have to. Again, that may not be an issue if you are using them as name badges.I leave this to you to decide! I am hoping that since this is a new product, the manufacturer will see these as recommended corrections.
