I thought it would be very difficult to align them so that they would be level and fit the grid correctly but actually all you need to do is to make sure the top two are set correctly and then you can simply screw the rest in place by using the grid itself as a guide. PS; I reversed the bottom two so they would hold the grid in place and would prevent it from being removed. Works great!
