Your cart is empty. This TS8F series of economy test sieves are 1cm lower comparing ISO 3310 or ASTM E11 standard 6cm Overall Height.
1. The wire cloth material is 304 stainless steel, and the sieve frame is made of chrome plating steel.
2. The height above the wire cloth is 43mm, and the inner diameter is 197mm.
3. The frame is 2 layers steel punching press and stretching the mesh. The edge is smooth and tight.

I wasn't expecting much but I am impressed with the quality of this sieve. The rim is of a sturdy gauge and the mesh is also sturdy and uniform. Would buy again.

It works. It doesn't have unwanted gaps. It has no sharp edges. It is labeled clearly. It seems to sort correctly. It's great for sorting seeds (along with an assortment of other mesh sizes).

The sieve is too small. It is incompatible with the 8 inch ASTM E-11 standard sieve size. The inside diameter of the frame is about 7 mm too small. You cannot stack these sieves with other standard sieves.

I use it for straining wheat paste for bookbinding. It shipped from China and took less than two weeks to get delivered to New Jersey, USA. Far less than the predicted four weeks.

The ring is rusting from damp material left in overnight. I use this to sift crushed egg shells. Apparently they were not completely dry when sifting.

We used these sieves one time, followed by a rinse and dry and they are already rusting. The product description claims they are made of stainless steel but that is clearly not the case. As sieves they work fine, but if you are sieving things that require the sieve to be cleaned be wary of the longevity of these sieves.
