I thought it was too good to be true and it was. Some of the hardware (washers) are too small to fit over the posts so are unusable without modification. Also, the posts are not attached to the frame (just sit inside a hole) so you have to either JB weld them in place or use a pair of channel locks on the backside to tighten the mounting screws. The bushings are poorly made and wouldn't allow the installation of my quick detach accessories (fit too loose and rattled because there is no oval adjustment)I decided to return item only to find out that I have to pay the return shipping. My fault since I didn't read description as well as I should have.Very dissatisfied.

Look great. Function well. Assembly not as easy. Chrome needs to be cleared from holes where metal spacers fit and then I needed to press or mallet them into place. Once in place they aren't going anywhere. Rack attachment is secure. Hard to beat for the price.

Perfect product, I have purchased thisis the past for another bike and after 3 years its still perfect.you may have an extra bolt or washer and you may not use all the fasteners that come with it. anyone with simple mechanical ability can make it perfect.Buy this!

While I was able to get the mounts to function, it required me to be creative and add additional washers for spacing that were not included in the package. The bolts also did not have the same thread as my bike, but I was able find some bolts that would work but not included.A little trail and error, and a couple additional washers and bolts and the brackets are on the bike and work with the back rest. Not near the quality of a Harley Davidson branded bracket set, but will work.

Bolts to attach plates were wrong threads , had to reverse the spacers and rubber grommets on the front pin for a luggage rack to fit , one plate had a bent ear , not very happy with this product

Manufactured wrong large pins should have been on the back for quick release connection instead they were mounted on the front which was wrong will not work
