After looking at dozens of steps in different styles I chose this one. I am happy to say It was better than I expected shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. Very happy with it. Looks good and will function for me nicely. Well built and I like the added security of another brake light. I have a 2016 Ram 3500 dually and the wire for the light is just long enough to hide behind the bumper and plug in with no slack making the appearance clean. Two thumbs up!

I chose this as it was the one I had been looking for and I looked at many step up. It resolves my problem and I'm happy with it.

Update 6/9/23. LED lights continue to fail. No response from seller when asked to ship replacement light strips.Update haven’t had it a full month and the led lights are going out. Not a good review.Probably did not read everything properly. Expected lights and a braking light. You only get lights. Light strip is thin and cheap looking. Bar itself is excellent and beefy feeling. All welded components.

Don't buy it if you really want the LED DRL (it's not a brake light). My LED constantly blinks when hooked up. Left it unplugged. Step is otherwise OK.

2023 Ford Ranger XLT with factory trailer towing setup is not compatible with the light on the bumper step. Send codes to the vehicle computer that displays on dash while driving, and turn signals malfunction. Used factory plug in and product plug so no wires were cut. Also you need to put the vehicle in trailer towing mode when plugged in or your dash will display problems at every turn or backing up. I just left it unplugged as I like the style and actual step function.

Love the step up, fitted right into the receiver on the tow hitch, seems to keep drivers from following too close, bonus!Good quality.Easy to install.Looks good.Durable finish.Get a receiver lock to keep someone from "Borrowing it" :)

Ahora si la parte trasera de mi 2020 Toyota Tacoma está protegido y a su vez tengo un escalón para acceder más fácil la mercancÃa, la construcción de acero es excelente, la pintura de buena calidad el tamaño es perfecto 100% recomiendo

Just a word of caution, this appears well made & bright, no quality concerns at all but be aware it sticks out from your hitch a lot farther than you think. It does not show in the pictures provided but it sticks out at least 10 inches from the back of my truck so be prepared for that.
