I bought this strictly for scrapbooking and paper crafts. I love it! Rulers and angles to cut on are well marked. Easy to read. Perfect size for scrapbooking. It's also self healing. Definitely durable. A keeper for sure.

This mat has a nice smooth feel and the gray color is easy on the eyes. All the measure lines are easy to see.

Use this all the time for projects that can get messy. I carve wood on it, cut stained glass on it...and when I am done I remove it from my dinning room table.

So much easier to cut and measure on this mat. I love that it is self healing, I use my fiskars blade on it often and it’s still like new. It’s a very lightweight great mat. Very worth the price. Perfect size for a work space top!

Size for cutting is actually 17" x 11". The outside edge is what they are listing. No other mats use this format. Also, one side (grey) is inches and the other side is metric (black). Not what I was expecting. They do seem well-made. But the regular quilter will be mislead. They don't fit the area as expected. Other mats have CUTTING areas of 18x 24 or whatever with the border not included in "size listing."
