The taste was not earthy at all and it was so hard I want able to bite much less eat it. Would not recommend for pica cravings.

Looks same as picture, but all the broken pieces are not same, some of these are soft which was good at taste, but some pieces were very hard and dont taste like mud, they taste nothing actually and quantity was very little amount, so dissatisfactory , waste of money

I ordered this product thinking it was going to satisfy my pica, I been craving the wet dirt taste and smell. The product is too hard, I soaked in in water over an hour. Yet it’s too hard. It’s flavorless and the smell isn’t what I expected also. I will let it rest for a couple of days in hope that I get that softer bite. And the smell of wet dirt. For the cravings I guess it works. I usually order white dirt, but that order takes too long to get here. So I will settle for this. I honestly don’t think I will be ordering it again.

I never been so insulted before in my life LOL. This was so hard that I almost chipped my doggone tooth. You have to learn how to eat this thing from an angle or you will mess yourself up! My son looked in the bag and he said Mama this aint nothing but a flower pot. they sold you a flower pot!!!" What's funny is after he said it and I studied it, it looked just like a flower pot LOL. So it's like they take their broken flower pots, collect the pieces, and throw them in decorated bags and sell them to naive unsuspecting people (such as myself) and make a profit. The audacity! Oh yeah let's not forget the "earthy taste" It's supposed to have. This mess do not taste like it came from the earth. It tastes like it came from a lab. I don't even know what name to give it or what to compare it to. It just tastes like some weird... MESS!!! So I'm agreeing with the majority when I say this product is not good. It's terrible!!! Don't be a sucker! SAVE YOUR MONEY HONEY!!!! $12 is not worth $1000 in dental bills!!

The flavor is fantastic, very earthy with good geosmin/petrichor flavors.The shards are too hard to chew but I use a pestle and mortar to grind it into dust. It grinds well into dust and is delicious dry, mixed with water, or sprinkled on ice.The clay is balanced with the sand and it doesn’t go gummy due to it not being as smooth as other clays or chalks. When mixed with water it has farm more of a muddy texture than other clays.I hope this review helps others determine if this roasted clay will meet their pica needs!

My pica dream come true. The taste is exactly what I like. Taste and smells like wet dirt in a basement. Yes it’s a hard crunch. Just soak it in some water for a bit and it’s great. It is a little pricey, however shipping is fast. I always order from yummy clays (I can’t recommend them enough), but the site is not taking orders at the moment and shipping is not next day like this was. So I’ll pay a little extra to get my pica fix fast.

no good, don't waste your money I ordered once, and it was not great. but decent. then I ordered again, and the quality was completely different no consistency and not worth it
