Great product for original one that did not work. Original sensor caused light to continuously flash on and off. Replaced it with this one and dusk to dawn is back. NOTE: I had to replace the original plug that was on the lamp post as the red//white/black wires were arranged differently than this switch. Simply cut off the original plug, stripped red/white/black wires, used wire nuts to attach lamp wires to replacement switch wires in less than 5 minutes, put wires in lamp. Installed new switch and worked. Dusk to dawn lamp is back!

Easy to install different plug Tho, need to change to new plug, love the water seal gasket. Just have to buy same photo sensor to match plug. works and looks great used Edison bulb 6 total watts usage but still very bright. Comes on only when dark, goes right off when suns up. Read directions on red to black

Amazon needs to monitor the quality of their products.The photoelectric switch comes on at dark then 1 hour later turns off for the rest of the night.It’s not a reflective issue because I covered the electric eye with tape and the same thing happens.Don’t buy this.

It was a wee-bit larger than the old old one and I had to enlarge the hole in the post. I put the post up in 1974. It works great. Don C

Went to unplug the pig tail and the connectors came out with it, were not put in right. So obviously I can’t return it or get a refund so im out money and plug. Oh well what’s newUPDATE: customer service reached out and made it right. ThanksSo i am updatIng my rating for customer service care
