I have had a pair of these batteries in my portable freezer now for over a year. I run the freezer every weekend and for generally about 10-12 hours on the batteries and they hold up great even in the summer with Arizona heat! I have found that if you run the batteries all the way 100% drained they will not recharge in the freezer even when plugged into AC power. You need to take them out plug into the USB-C port on the battery and recharge that way. Then they are good as new again.

As advertised, these would have been my set for the larger cooler but they failed to ship it and after weeks I was finally told it would not be shipping. Minus a star.So I returned these items but the one I had for the smaller model, worked and that is why I intended to buy the larger one and ordered these for it.

Expensive, but seems to work once I figured it out, since the instruction manual is in Chinese, and I don't read Chinese. One must Press and HOLD the power button on the battery for it to turn on. Then it shows up on the refrigerator control panel. The LED indicator on the battery will be green when charging and blue when fully charged. I tried it on battery power for 10 hours, and it only used about 3/4 of the batter power.

Revised 3/8/2024 - Eenour reached out to me after 1 of my batteries failed and offered to replace it at no cost. Changing to 3 stars as this is good customer service; will revise this review again if I have no further issues with the replacement.Bought x2 DB01 battery packs to use in my eenour fridge, after 6 months only 1 works and the other is a $175 paperweight. Do not recommend.

I bought 2 batteries for my cooler. One battery works good the other one doesn't charge at all, I live outside the U.S. so is hard for me to return the Item. I contacted the seller and they inmediatle made a Refund for the battery that didn't work because they could not send me a new one were I live. I give 5 stars because the service after sale and seriousness of the seller is more important than the product itself. On my next trip to the USA I will definitely buy another battery from this Seller.
