I hosted a hot party for my daughter’s friends. It was easy to use, heated up fast and worked great for iron patches.

Received the item heat press, I have not used it as of yet. Item arrived as advertised and there were no flaws of any rips in the original package that the heat press sits in. It is a lightweight unit and should be easy to use without any problems. I have not turned the item on, it is packed up for the move. I'm sorry this does not describe the use and performance. I will re-post once I have my work shop set up.

Outstanding ball cap heat press for adding patches to ball caps. Has three heat setting for adjusting the heat needed to ensure the patches adhere correctly.

I’m trying to start a new business at home and it helps a lot. Light weight, perfect size to keep at home, easy to organize, works good and it’s safe bc turns off if you forget to do it.

I was excited to get this..on sale. good reviews. It was terrible. The heat settings could be better. It actually melted the hat i used and it was on the lowest setting. I've never seen vinyl melt like that. Then when I was done and ruined the hat...the machine took almost 2 hrs to cool down.

First off, when you power on this thing, you'll think this item is DOA. Pressing the power button does nothing, instead you should press and hold the power button for about 5 secs for it to start. Very inconvenient, seller/manufacturer, please take note of this. Just make it 1 press of the button to power on otherwise buyers would think this device is DOA and initiate a return even though it is written in your instructions, not everyone reads the manual.Another issue is the curve plate, it's only a little curve but most hats are more rounded, leaving an air gap in between that curve. You'll press it alright the gap would be filled but guess what, you'll encounter creases and uneven presses in parts of your transfer. They should have included heat cushion fills that is more curved to fill in this gap. So for now, you will have to DIY it by purchasing a Polyurethane Foam roll and cut it yourself and tape together and insert this on the hat curve plate.Overall, it does the job. Good alternative to cricut's hat press.
