The product itself is beautiful and just as shown in the picture but mine came defective and although I messaged the company, have not heard back about a refund or exchange. It came with 2 of the little latches broken so I can not use it, very disappointing.

This would be a 5 star if it didnt require a training class to open or if the snap tabs didn't break instantly with one try ... Broke a plastic tab trying to open this thing right out of the box. I did super glue it and hope it lasts. But man i was mad... It's beautiful aside that and heavy enough so it should stay put on your desk. but the snap tabs should be metal cause man this thing is hard to open. Directions would have been good. You'd think it's a given on opening to fill it but the struggle was real. Also Make sure you read the sticky note part. You need the pop up style for this..

This is super cute but not quite right. It's like the base isn't heavy enough to hold in place while pulling the sticky note out & the slot where the notes go is super tight. It's a struggle to dispense. I will be looking for a different not holder that goes with my rose gold office motif.

Not made well.Very hard to open to place notes in.For the price, one would think they could throw in at least ONE pack of sticky notes to start with.Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this product.Way over priced.
