This turns out good baked goods. So far it hasn't warped. It is easy to clean. The cover is a plus. It fits in the fridge. I wish it was a little flatter, but I guess if your baked good is high or frosted, this cover fits perfectly.

After owning them myself, this set was purchased as a shower gift. I use mine for brownies, baked oatmeal, baked Mac & cheese, heating frozen items like tots, and smaller portions of chicken parm. The cover is so appreciated when I’ve made a baked dessert. The quality is great! The shiny stainless steel acts like a safe non stick and it washes up in the dishwasher flawlessly. I’ve bought several sets as gifts and some of the other efar items as well. Wonderful bakeware.

if youre a baker and/or meal prepper, you absolutely need these. i use these mostly for freezing doughs (bread, breakfast foods, cookies, etc) to vacuum seal and freeze long term. the lids are so convenient for both flash freezing doughs and for traveling baked goods. the lids are thicker than i thought theyd be which is fantastic! they were well packaged to protect the items. they are non-stick, have a shiny finish, very durable lids and pans, even heat distribution, and rust resistant (i use a towel to dry at the outer top edge just to make sure water doesnt get trapped there). i have 2 sizes and will be getting multiple more of each size

Summary: Good value for the price. Excellent build quality.Pros: Stainless steel, excellent price, correct thickness for bakeware (read below), lid works surprisingly well, healthier than aluminum or non-sticks.Cons: 18/0 stainless steel that will stain slightly. Lid can't be washed in dishwasher. Food will stick (there is no such thing as non-stick stainless), suggest using parchment paper or just dealing with it like your parents and grandparents did.Information about stainless steel: 18/0 or also known as 430 grade contains 18% chromium and very little nickel. 18/8 or 18/10, both 304 grade, are another common, although more expensive stainless steels. They are 18% chromium and 8% or 10% nickel. Chromium makes stainless steel tough by binding to iron. It is generally rust proof. Nickel is softer than chromium, but when added provides superior anti-rust properties. Nickel also makes stainless steel more shiny. However, since nickel is soft, it will scratch easier. Thus, people like 18/8 or 18/10 for show pieces like tableware. It's a trade off.Information about thickness: The general belief is that the ticker the stainless, the better. This is not true when it comes to bakeware. Stainless steel is not a great conductor of heat, thus the thicker the stainless, the longer it will take to cook or may cook unevenly. Thus you may notice the top tends to overcook or burn easier. It's a trade off, but I feel the thickness of this bakeware is the best compromise. Why I like this bakeware: All stainless steel will scratch, there is no such thing that won't. This is 18/0 stainless, which means it's not a shiny and won't show scratches as bad as 18/8 or 18/10. The thickness is about spot on. I know a lot of people will complain it's not thicker, but they don't understand this is actually not a good thing. This pan will last just as long as one that's thicker, unless you are using carbon steel knives and really damaging the stainless steel and need the extra thickness to account for all the steel you are gouging away. When it comes to stains, they won't be a problem with this pan assuming to occasionally polish it with a stainless steel cleaner, or better yet don't do anything and deal with it, kind of like cast iron skillets. Oh and the price is good.

Not only do they fit perfectly in my air fryer, I can use the two to split recipes that call for a 9x13" baking pan, one to eat and one to freeze or share. They're an excellent value and have already survived numerous trips thru my dishwasher unscathed (cover on the top shelf only, please!). Plus, they stack nicely, so take up less cabinet space. They're well-finished & sturdy; I expect to get many years of use from these beauties!

I am moving away from toxic bakeware and recently purchased these 8 x 8 square pans. They are nice and sturdy and result in even baking. The lids are an added bonus.

These are very well made baking pans, easy to clean. They also come with lids, nice tight plastic lids, no more streching plastic wrap or foil around my coffee cake. The lids keep the cake fresh for an extended period of time and it's easy to pop the lid off, cut a piece and pop the lid back on. My new favorite baking pans!

These arn't super heavy, but they are sturdy enough for baking a nice cake or roasting something. One is perfect for half a cake in the toaster oven. The tops are sturdy and should last a long time. This was a good purchase for items that you cook and then want to seal up for a while. I bought specifrically to bake 1/2 of a cake mix (just weigh it out and use half the ingredients, round egg up to one whole). I buttered the pan and the cake came out perfectly. Highly recommended. A good value.

Well made. I love the idea that they come with lids so when I bake something I can simply pop a lid on and it's ready to go ( been trying to cut down on plastic wrap) perfect for browies or cakes
