The vest is fairly good quality fabric with a nice lining. Can be worn to a semi formal event or wedding without the toy watch and cigar and no one would know it is sold as a "period costume."

I got this outfit for my husband because we were invited to a 1920's event. Let me tell you he looked amazing. All he needed was a faux machine gun. This worked very well on him, and he was a NY native, so he supped it up. It was an amazing ensemble. He a hat for the event. He wore it very well and he wears a patch and everyone at the event called him a gangster old school.

As many reviewers have posted, the hat is very small and seems to be a one size fits all scenario (though as an XL male, this hat barely fits my 5 year old).The watch is cool and actually works.The other accessories are not the same quality as the vest and are pretty cheap feeling (bow tie/tie and cigar).The vest fits as sized and has the adjustable strap in back to adjust the belly. I sized based on chest size and had to take in the bottom, so actually worked nicely and is 100% cotton. This + the clock deserve 4 star. Major loss of star based on the hat size.

We got a large for my husband for Halloween. He's 6'3 170lbs. It fit perfect! There are straps in the back of vest for a tighter look. Just need to buy an under shirt, pants and shoes! Yes the watch is functional if u have batteries. Material is thick and sturdy! Very well made for price!

I bought thus for my husband for a 1920's Gala. It fits as expected, looks really nice, and the vest and hat are of high quality. The hat was a little too big for my husband's liking but was an easy fix by putting a band inside the rim of the hat. The watch works and is really cool but the chain is cheap. My husband just bought a new chain so he could wear it like they did in the 20's. Definitely worth the money

This item was good just for that when we reserved out package and opened it and seen that we were missing the clip for the tie and the bow tie and the hand watch chain and clasp were apart and broken

My husband and I had a 1920’s event that we decided to go last minute meaning we had to find something to dress up FAST! Obviously Amazon is the place to do so and start looking for both of us.I did find this set, shared it with him and he said that’s the one! We followed the sizing chart and got the size suggested by the seller and voilá!! It fits perfectly, even the jacket has An adjustable strap on the back if you needed to look slimmer, the fabric is good and doesn’t look cheap. It is really a true black. The hat looks good too and the accessories were nice, even the pocket watch works great! Really recommend this set. Delivery was great and quick.

Todo llegó tal cual la imagen. No me hizo falta nada y llegó en excelentes condiciones. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Lo único que no me encantó fue la boina (de hecho se llevó otra que tenÃa), se ve un poco más "barata", pero para el disfraz no está tan mal. Al final quedo muy satisfecha con mi compra.
