This bracelet was our “big gift†for our 16 year old daughter. I wanted something that she can treasure, but also wear every day. Something wearable yet durable.This bracelet looks dainty but it’s strong. She loves it! She is a simple girl who values simple beauty, so this was a good choice for her.She hasn’t taken it off since she’s gotten it a month ago. The closure latch is pretty unique and she loves playing with the “tails†that are hanging.We both loved the symbolismo of 16 beads. In the card I wrote 16 things I love about her - a compliment for every bead. She really loved that.The packaging was unbelievable. It elevated the gift and made it so fancy looking. The bracelet came in a box, with an included flat black bag and tissue paper. A card inserts came with it. Also the silver care kit. Silver bracelets can be bought much cheaper but the whole appearance of the gift was the one of luxury.The shipping was quick even if it wasn’t a Prime purchase. Overall I couldn’t be happier about this gift. A lifetime warranty gives me a peace of mind too. A perfect gift that is not a car :).

Update! The seller got in touch with me within a day or two- sent me a beautiful replacement bracelet along with a hand-written note! Easy return of broken bracelet- they provided an envelope and stamp!Sweet and thoughtful gift, my daughter loved it. Sadly, it broke after 5 weeks. Hope to get in touch with seller to replace since it’s past the return policy.

I thought this was so cute for my best friends’ daughter’s 16th birthday. She loved it!! But then about 5 min after she put it on, she went to adjust the size on it to a little smaller and the chain broke in half. Completely unrepairable. Was kind of embarrassing that her gift broke so easily. Very disappointing for the price!Update: the designer mailed me a new replacement of the bracelet along with a very kind apology. Hopefully her first bracelet was just a fluke …. I really appreciate them going out of their way to make it right… Based on their customer service I would buy from them again!!!

This bracelet is more than I expected. The packaging was perfect! It comes with a polishing cloth and a gift bag with tissue paper and cleaning instructions. This company truly delivers quality products. I would definitely buy from them again!

I bought this for a 16 year old young lady when I was looking for something special. I loved that this company is woman owned. When it arrived I was blown away by every detail of beauty . From the box wrapped in bubble with a darling thank you - to the tissue paper and gift bag included- to the tiny gift card and envelope - to the bracelet itself- I’m so impressed. I would definitely by this again!

I gave this bracelet to my granddaughter for her 16th birthday and it broke the same day she got it!!! I’m so saddened and frustrated and apparently I can’t even return it!!!Not the good quality I expected!!!

UPDATE: bead at the end that holds the bracelet on broke almost immediately, amazon can’t help with warranty, called the seller 2nd time today..fingers crossed.I bought this for my daughter for her 16th bday. I didn’t want anything that said sweet 16 that she could only wear this year. In addition she doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry. She absolutely loved this bracelet. She wears is every single day. It’s just beautiful and she can wear it every year not just this year.
