Actually worked better than expected. Just a light spray of olive oil to prep. Medium heat. I filled the egg whites too high so had to ladle the majority to the bacon area. Service for 2 and excited for breakfast tomorrow. I recommend a simple silicone spoon set to help with the flip.

The pan I received in the pic attached is not the white/cream pan with 3 sections (instead of 4) that I ordered. This pan burns easily and doesn't clean well. It's not very non-stick as the eggs and sausage patties cooked both stuck on the pan. Yes, I oiled the pan, but the eggs especially still stuck. It's functional, but I won't cook with it again. My daughter (13) suggested using it to make hamburger patties, so that's what she'll do until she's comfortable getting the size of hamburgers right on her own. 🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸

The HorizonNest Egg Frying Pan is pretty small. But it does the job my eggs were great and the browned nice with butter and they didn’t stick. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is it’s so small that there’s no real room for the spatula to flip the eggs pancakes or what have you. I would do the pancakes in because I like to make big pancakes. It was pretty easy to assemble. There’s only one screw for the handle.
