This syrup dispenser it a little large for what we use it for, and other reviewers are right, it does leave a very small drip at the spout. HOWEVER, this is a great dispenser for honey. First, because honey is a thicker than syrup, the spout drip is less of a problem. But what is wonderful about this dispenser is that it keeps the honey from "sugaring" as fast as it does in store containers. If the honey does sugar, it is a simple matter to heat it the glass container (remove the top) in a pot of hot or boiling water. The glass part is very thick glass, so this process is safe. The thickness of the glass means that the cooling of the honey is slow, which prevents the recrystallization of the honey. Works great for us.

I bought this for a honey dispenser. It works perfect. Does not leak or drool honey anywhere. I love it. Great quality.

We have used a smaller version of this for years as a cream pitcher. We drink a lot of coffee, so we were constantly having to refill it. Finally found this size and very happy with it. They are sold as syrup dispensers, but work great for cream. No leakage or spilling! Would definitely purchase again.

Even after following the instructions and being careful to install the seal properly, the product does leak. After pouring honey, there is almost always a drop of honey on the outside of the pour spout. Still usable if you are okay with wiping it each time - but not okay if you live with someone who won't remember to wipe off the drip. Also, because there is a tiny hole for ventilation in the back (which is needed), its important to understand that this dispenser won't keep out ants. Overall, very sturdy product and probably one of the better quality items of this type. We just couldn't deal with the leak/drip, so we returned it.

I was excited to get my new honey dispenser. When it arrived, I cleaned it and filled it with honey. The next morning I got up, there was honey on my countertop, all around the bottom of the dispenser. It was leaking from the backside of the top. I tried to clean it again, tighten it, cleaned the inner rubber ring, nothing helped. The dispenser continued to leak so I decided to return it on November 22. I was told the return window closed on November 21. So I guess I’m stuck with a leaky honey dispenser that I cannot use. Although it is made of good quality, I believe the top on this one is faulty.

I bought this for my wife since she had been wanting one. The quality of this dispenser makes it worth the extra cost. Both the glass jar and the metal pour spout are heavy, attractive, and of quality.

S'avère peu pratique. Je l'ai acheté pour éviter d'avoir du miel partout ; c'est l'inverse ! Rangé au placard des objets inutiles en vue d'une future tombola de mon village !!! (pas sympa le mec !)

Switched to honey instead of sugar in my hot drinks so this little purer gets used many times a day. Not only does it pour well and cut off the dripping honey efficiently, it feels and looks pretty good.Made of real glass and real metal it has found a permanent home in my cupboard thats for sure.
