This appears well made and it is sturdy. I have yet to mount it, but I am going to drill through and plug it in order to assure a strong hold, not use the provided whatever you call em on the back. I am supporting a shelf and want to secure to studs. I ordered the wrong size initially, because I apparently cannot pay attention to details OR read, so I am awaiting the larger size. These were so cute, though, in the small size that I am keeping them and will use them for something else.

These corbels were well made, solid, and paintable. The screws are very small and will not hold substantial weight so plan to replace that hardware if you are installing under granite. All of the hardware is hidden on the backside of the corbels.

Nice bracket. I used it the way its intended to be used as it hangs on a screw in the wall. The piece itself is excellent quality. Heavier than I expected. Priced a little high. I have prime so I probably got a better deal than someone who pays shipping. I don't think I've seen anything this nice at Home Depot or Lowes.
