This is a wonderful replacement for the one we had previously. However, I sure wish someone had made not of just how piercing the sound is on it. I expected some noise, but not a high pitched shrill when it is used. Honestly, so far, that is the only thing I really have to say about it. other than that, it seems great so far.

This was a huge disappointment. It looks great and I WANTED to love it. The first arrived dead. The second jammed and broke - day 3 of a flashcard project. I just replaced it with the Swingline 74535 (same price point). It’s a bit larger, but sturdier, quieter, easier to operate (touch button rather than a push button to operate), faster AND you can’t put more paper into the slot than it can adequately punch. The Vayette is an invitation to problems, because you can put much more cardstock into it than it will punch, and it’s hard to tell the magic amount. Get the Swingline. I just did 10,000 holes for flashcards in about an hour. And the Swingline’s MUCH quieter. Amazing!

So I’m a high school teacher and I saw this puncher in one of our offices. I decided to buy one for my classroom and it’s been great! It really does punch up to 30 sheets at a time. I use this every day to punch worksheets and other items for my students.

I’ve had it for a long time, and I love it. Definitely saves the effort of punching up to 25 sheets of paper by hand. I get a lot of email documents in my work, and I usually print out what I need and put them in a three ring binder. I can take up to 25 sheets of paper, line them up in this whole puncher, Press a button, and it’s done. The only complaint that I have is the size of the bin that holds the punched ends, as I find it to be too small and a little difficult to remove, sometimes ending in a little mess. I’ve learned to empty it over a garbage can, and that’s about my only complaint , it’s remain sharp even after punching thousands of pages. Highly recommend.
