I had surgery right before I ordered this. I'm very impressed. I grated two wedges of parmesan cheese in less than a minute. Doing it by hand took forever. I've also used it for cheddar and it's super easy. It's very simple to operate, one finger to turn it on and the other hand to feed the cheese through. I would recommend it.

Got this to grade my parmesan cheese. But I used it for grading my chocolate bar and it worked perfect!

I like how easy the attachments are to change out and everything is very easy to clean. Downside is it will overheat with not much more than moderate use.

So, basically, it works only for carrot. you cannot cut any softer veggie. Carrot, maybe potato. So, if you want to make a veggie salat or soup, you can cut here only carrot, all other veggies you will still have to cut with a knife

This product works great on shredding cheese, easy to use, easy to clean and does the job. Until the plastic tab on the feed tube broke. I want to get a replacement, but I cannot find a web presence. They claim you can contact them through facebook. What? I've sent a message 4 times but cannot get a response. The grater is useless with the broken feed tube and no way to find a replacement. For customer support alone, I don't recommend buying this product.

This machine is not very powerful. It had trouble chopping onions and most of all had trouble grating cheese. I had to put so much pressure on the feed area that the machine slowed down. It would have been faster to grate it by hand. Not good for what I wanted it for.
