Excellent blade design to move air. Very poor quality motor. Motor blew in 2 months.

I recently had similar sized fans designed to be a universal pusher/puller fan. When I had two of those installed there was a light breeze that was coming through my condenser and radiator because of my newly added turbo. After thirty minutes of driving I would slowly start having overheating issues. I ordered up two of these fans and Amazon got them to me promptly. Put them on and all of my overheating issues are gone! These fans move a TON of air. If you need a pusher style fan, this is the one to get, bar none.

Ever since Derale switched from using Bosch cooling fan motors these things won’t last. I have become so frustrated with the setup I ended up removing the Derale and installing a factory GM electric cooling fan assembly.

Saved $20 instead of summit racing and received it the same day free shipping. I already have one of these fans. Ive been running it on my supra for a few years. This fan FLOWS! It also draws a lot of current. (1) 40/60 amp relay is not enough. It kept burning up the wire and fuses. I finally made my own harness using dual 40/60 relays in parallel controlled with my haltech. Im sure this one fan will cool my car on a normal day. I just ordered a 2nd one so it'll cool efficiently without a pusher fan on my Condenser in the summer with ac on.

Bought this to replace one of the fans on my Derale twin fan set up. Once installed , great. This is on a classic car, not driven much. Lo and behold 2 years later I notice a bit of extra heat in my engine temp. The new fan is no longer working. Total of about 1,000 miles driven in that time. Paying top dollar you expect a good product, not with Derale. I'm done with this brand(previous issues with controllers).
