- Why does my electric dc motor turn in the wrong direction and slowly?
Check whether the phase wires and Hall wires are properly connected, disconnect the self-learning wire and connect again, let the motor self-study 10 to 20 seconds, then disconnect it, there is no need to connect it after motor rotates normally.
2. Why did the brushless motor suddenly stop rotating after it started？
The controller and motor power are large, so the one-time output current of your battery is too large, which turns on the self-protection. Charge your battery for a few minutes and it will be ready for normal use.
3. Why does my motor sometimes fail to start？

Theres an issue causing every 3rd throttle twist to go into a limp mode. If you search utube for this product another buyer did a video on the problem that i didnt see till after i installed everything. Im currently awaiting response from seller but video guy never got any help so i doubt i will.

This is a kit sold as plug and play. The controller is not tuned to be plug and play. I just got to install this weekend bc of being busy with a sick mom. Now Mt return window is closed and I'm stuck with this junk.
