If you are going to make your own bread you absolutely have to have this machine itรขโฌโขs amazing. The suction cups really secure it to the counter. It kneads the bread dough perfectly. I am so glad I invested in this. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this dough maker. No more store bought bread or bun products!! The fermentation feature is awesome as our house usually isnรขโฌโขt warm enough to proof by just setting it somewhere.

First of all, I have had good luck making dough in this dough maker. It does stir the ingredients ok, but with pizza dough, it needs to be scraped on the sides of the bowl. I have a Bear dough maker and it does not require scraping with any dough. This one has a screw holding the paddle in place and the dough sticks around it and the area where the paddle is located in the center of the pan. That is a sore spot with me as the Bear doesn't have that problem. The screw is small and could be easily misplaced or lost when washing it after use. The Bear is 4.5 qt, this one is over 5 quart and is a little bit too large for most of the breads that I make. But this one was a bit cheaper.

This dough maker exceeded my expectations. First of all, I love that it's my favorite color. Second, it was bigger than I expected it to be so I can make a lot of bread dough at once. It ferments my dough beautifully and in half the time that it would take on my kitchen countertop in a bowl. This saves me a lot of time!

I got this because someone in a fb group I'm in was raving about it.I took about 2 weeks to decide if I was going to purchase this or another KitchenAid stand mixer. I decided on this, simply because of the fact that it ferments the dough to rise, and I have trouble doing that in my house since we keep the house around 50-65รยฐF consistently.I opened this beauty up, gave her a wash and dry...Then got to it...To start I was very nervous because it wasn't mixing the wet... but as soon as half the dry was In there, it started mixing. So my nervousness subsided for 2 minutes lol.But then...As the gluten started to develop, it was tearing a bit... it was sticking to the sides and as the Turner would go through the dough, it was tearing the dough... so I was nervous that this was going to mess up the gluten and elasticity of the dough....I fought myself to not intervene, and I'm glad I didn't, because within 3 minutes it became a perfect ball and the Turner was kneading the dough from within. It stopped sticking to the sides. It stayed pretty perfectly a ball.I let it knead for another 8 minutes (it was 15 min in total, from the moment I put my last scoop of dry until the kneading was done) and then set the fermentation process.Timer was set for 90 min but it doubled in size after 20 min. Then go to to triple the size by 90 min.Took it outDeflated itRolled into a logAnd put it in a well oiled bread panLoaf came out perfect and the most fluffiest softest sandwich loaf I've ever made.My grandma LOVED IT...Im so happy รฐลธหล Also, it was petty way to clean with a bottle brush and hot water.Just make sure to clean it right away or at the very least, fill it with hot soapy water so the dough doesn't stick and harden. For those interested in using this for cookies, I'm not sure if it will do those yet.I was gonna test it but I've been busy.A couple things to be aware of :It's quiet, but when you put the lid on, you'll hear a bit of rattling from the lid. Also,The bowl is supposed to be 7.3 qt... however, you shouldn't fill it that full. The fill line is around the 3 qt mark, and you shouldn't go past it because the dough rises and will overflow if you go passed that line.^-^Happy baking.

I thought for this price there is no way it could mix as much dough as my small kitchen aid. Boy was I wrong. First time using this and I am sold. Highly recommend but instructions are hard to understand

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was delivered today and I cannot use it because the screw that attaches the paddle doesn't actually screw in. This was a gigantic hassle with delivery and a complete waste of time!Purchase at your own risk!
