We use these in adding a lift on the outside of our house. Can lift up to 400 lbs. With a walkout basement, the lift, using these items lifts the groceries and the wood(for our wood stove) makes life easier.

I used these to hang kayaks under the trusses of our sunroom, so I can slide them back and pull them back out easily along a 10 ft length of unistrut. These trollies fit into standard 1-5/8" wide unistrut perfectly, and slide well and seem very robustly built.The only challenge is that the wheels are large enough that when I added a washer in combo with hex head lag bolts to hang the unistrut, the wheels couldn't clear the washer. So, I could only put washers on the far ends just to stops, and put a few washerless lag bolts along the center, being careful to ensure the bolt head was supporting some of the unistrut, and centered to pass between the trolley wheels.If you buy these, I would recommend using deeper unistrut channels.
