Works well in our camper. Water gets hot. I just wished it had a drain plug for winters. Thats the only down fault of it. Would buy again.

Long runs of water wasted each tine we turn on our hot water tap. Now we get 2.5 gallons if hot, usable hot water immediately, wasting no water.

This thing is completely a waste of time and money it don't heat the water barely and then it only last for 1-2 mins then cold got it cause the water heater/boiler in my mom's trailer takes for ever to get to the bathroom but it still don't make it to the sink before this thing goes cold waste of money having issues with getting refunded and it's very disappointing and it's a very bing inconvenience unfortunately not satisfied with this thing at all

Omg we love it. Easy to install was a huge bonus lol. We live full time in our camper and needed a quick inexpensive fix before Christmas when our hot water heater went out. We don’t use our camper for showers so it’s great for washing hands or washing dishes only.Things to know:It’s small and only is 2 gallonsSuper easy to hook up and plug in ( electric only )It heats the water up under 6min2 gallons runs out quickBut for what we needed it’s absolutely perfect!!!!!

Bought the unit in April and two nights ago discovered water under the unit. My inspection revealed that the pressure relief valve was leaking. Used the manual and tried to call Tech support by using the number provided to try to get a valve replacement....The number ended up connecting me to a apartment rental unit management company with absolutely no connection to Geesen. Also tried the email address provided but have not so far received any response.Also two weeks after installation one of the water braided hook up lines that were provided developed a pin hole leak and flooded my under sink cabinet.The unit has worked so far in terms of providing hot water but would recommend that you buy decent hook up lines. The relief valve replacement was no problem since Amazon has them in stock for about $10.

This rig is enough water to do your dishes or enough water to bath a child in a childs bath tub . It will give about a 5 gallon buck of water thats hot enough to shower with . Im very impressed with how small it is and how good it works . Water comes out to hot to put your hand under it will burn ya . Good value for the money !

Excellent quality 20 gallon tank. Currently we have a 10 gallon installed in our RV but we really wanted to increase the amount of hot water available as we constantly run out of hot water when showering. This model provides double the amount of hot water, and still runs on a standard 120 volts, which is great for our generator. We required a model that would still work with our 120 volt/30 amp generator or standard campsite 30 amp power, which this does. Love that it can easily be drained of water for winter storage. It has a built in manual thermostat which is easy to access. 2000 K heating element ensures fast heat ups. Awesome compact size.

This is a perfect small under counter water heater for RV or tiny home. Let's be clear this is only 2.5 gallons which is not a ton of water so this won't be great for having showers unless you're super conservative. That being said, it is absolutely perfect for the RV sink when it comes to washing hands or doing dishes. Because the volume is relatively small it heats rather quickly and has a control knob where you can dial in your desired temperatures. The light is quite simple and only shows if it is heating or insulating, if you want to know the temperature you have set it at you will need a thermometer for that.
