Bought for my partner since he is always on the go and this is super ideal for people who work on the road. It heats up your food where it tastes like it was cooked the same day and only takes about 20 mins to fully heat up. It’s worth the purchase.

I bought this for my husband as he often eats lunch in his truck. He tried it out and loved it-said it was easy to use and did the job wonderfully. However when he went to use it the second time he realized he had lost the cord. I felt it would not have helped to contact Amazon as they did not make the product and pondered for a while on what to do. Thankfully hubby had kept the little info pamphlet that came with the lunchbox and there was an e-mail address on it. I sent them an email explaining the situation and offering to pay for a new cord, not really expecting an answer. Low and behold they responded just a couple of days later, asked me for my address and said they would send the cord but it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be received. Again, wasn’t very hopefully but about 3 weeks later I did receive the cord at no charge. My husband and I are both very happy and would definitely buy from this company again!

For the price, it seems worth buying--it does a surprisingly good job of heating up a decent amount of food and has honestly transformed my lunch experience (I nearly always have electricity at the job, but rarely things like a microwave unless I wanted to carry it in my car). I set an alarm for 30 minutes before I expect to break to remind myself to plug it in, and it's good to go at lunch. A coworker has a very similar one from another brand that costs a few dollars more--clearly made in the same assembly line. His has a marginally thicker nylon bag, but they're both barely insulated and they both have absolute crap zippers that are going to break any day. Things I don't like about it--these are not deal breakers, just stupid design choices: The lid has all kind of molded in deep but narrow crevices that make it annoying to clean--a plain snap on flat lid would be hugely better. It has this silly recessed spot for the miniature fork and spoon they send you, but it's nearly impossible to fit them both in there and they reduce space and make cleaning hard. The "insulated" bag is a couple of inches too wide (which is convenient for a napkin and silverware). It doesn't seal well--it's better than a totally open container, but you need to be mindful to keep it right-side-up and if your food is fragrant, your car or fridge will be, too... The whole thing feels flimsy and cheap. Having said all of that, it works, it was cheap, and I'm thrilled to have it. If it lasts I'll happily put up with the dumb design elements.

I bought these for Christmas gifts and everyone loved them. The food heats up well and doesn’t make the food dry. My son works out of his truck and said it nice to have in the truck with a warm meal. He has bought one for his wife now. I would buy these again and the price was very nice. A great gift.

Easy, practical and fast. Without the need to use a microwave, no matter where you are, your food will always be hot and ready to eat

My husband I love this! He gets tired of sandwiches in his lunch, this was a great find! Works well, plug in and up to 30 min later he has a hot lunch. Great for soup, leftovers and anything else you want warm. Nice size, great color and it gets a 5 star from me! Great for traveling too

The lunchbox arrived with a handle broken, and it is quick to burn food if you don't watch it once it heats up. Overall a decent purchase, and while I wouldn't purchase a lunchbox from this particular listing again I'd gladly purchase an electric lunchbox from a different brand.
