USING GUIDES
1.Put the Food in the electric lunch box.
2.Plug the cable. (12V/24V power cord for cars/trucks, 110V power cord for home/office use)
3.Plug in the correspondent plug.（when indicators light up, it means the food is heating）
4.Make sure the steam outlet is opened.
5.Please pull out the power cord before eating.
6.Enjoy the meal.
- Heating Time: Summer: 20-30 Minutes
- Heating Time: Winter: 25-35 Minutes
- It is suggested to add some water into the food if the food has been set aside for a long time.
Leak Proofing

Much better than microwaving! Microwaving leaves hot/cold spots and takes time during your lunch break. I added an ice cube to keep the moisture and it took about 30 minutes for my meal to get piping hot! It was just as good as the day I cooked it. The snaps on the sides are a little hard to close at first. I feel like they will get easier.

Works great. With the 110v plugged in heats up most meals in 30 to 40 minutes. Haven't tried the 12 volt

Works good! Gets VERY hot so beware. If I have a non-liquid food in it I have to be careful not to leave it on for more than 30 minutes or it will start to burn the bottom of my food. The outside of the container gets pretty warm/hot also so keep that into consideration if it’s going to be near small children or animals. I recommend removing the silverware when you turn it on or they get so hot you can’t use them until they cool. Also, it can only fit one utensil in the compartment at a time really. It doesn’t contain the smells of whatever food you have in it as its heating up so be mindful you don’t stink up your workplace with something especially “aromaticâ€. For the price, it’s been worth it. It’s nice to have warm food at work since I don’t always have access to a microwave at my school. Easy to clean and a great size. Hopefully it lasts!

I work out of my truck and was tired of drive-thru eating. Ran across this little lunch kit and now I have hot homecooked meals in about 20 minutes. The click on lids were a little hard to get locked at first, but now snap more easily. The fork and spoon that is included is very small, but fit in the lid. I've already saved more money with this heated lunch kit by not eating fast-food when on the go.

This lunchbox has exceeded my expectations. It’s small but it heats up like a larger unit. My only complaint would be where you connect the power cord to the lunchbox. It takes a bit of patience and elbow grease to connect the cord to the lunchbox. Oh yeah, one more complaint.. the top doesn’t fit well. You have four tabs to close and lock but one of them doesn’t work properly. That doesn’t interfere with the heating of the unit.

No more line-up for microwave using at lunch time. Just plug-in 30' before lunch and you will have a warm food at lunch. Very easy cleaning too. Got many compliments from my co-workers. Highly recommend.

Good product. Easy to use. Food kept in normal temperature gets heated up within 10-15min without any additional water. Very helpful for my office time lunch as I could now eat hot and fresh food. Being using since 1 month. Has good space for food too (1.5Ltr). Suggested the product to my colleagues too.We get a steel spoon, a fork, a plastic spoon, a normal charger, a car charger, Handkerchief and a carry bag within the product.
