My husband really wanted salt and pepper grinders. I hesitated because the ones he was looking at previously were outrageously priced. He asked me what color I wanted and I said wood color. The only con is that it's battery operated and not chargeable. Otherwise a great tool to have in the kitchen and I love that it can match the rest of my wooden style decor.It's awesome that you can adjust how coarse you want your spice to come out.

Best purchase ever! The beautiful wood absorbs oil, so they don't show fingerprints or goo. And you don't need 2 hands for the grinder, which makes cooking more convenient.

We loved these at first. The light was so helpful to see how much was being ground. Easy to fill, great grinding speed. And then, the problems started. The salt grinder just stopped working; battery replacement didn’t work. And then today, the pepper grinder literally fell apart - plastic pieces go shredded up and into my food! AND this was our replacement set… avoid this purchase!

This is a beautiful set. But the pepper one just quit working after only a month of use. Very disappointed because now the return window has closed.
