I love these so much that after buying them for Christmas gifts, Father’s Day, housewarming gift I finally purchased for myself.They do use a lot of batteries but I know myself and would never use a rechargable, some how I would loose the plug! The batteries last a long time The grind size is adjustable and they are easy to use. My favorite part, how fancy I look while cooking!

These salt and pepper shakers look great, but the function can be a bit frustrating—especially since grinding the pepper takes a while. I think it’s partly because I’m impatient! They’re perfect for quickly seasoning my plate, but not the best for cooking.

I’m very picky about having fine salt and pepper and I’ve always struggled to find a good set that does the job. These work great and look pretty in my kitchen. I’ve had them for over a year and I haven’t had to change the batteries. I use them almost daily. I came back to these because I’m taking them to a holiday party where we’re exchanging our favorite kitchen things.

My old set broke and was always having issues with the salt and pepper grinds getting into the battery compartment when you rotate them. This set doesnt require the rotation and now that issue is gone.

I bought this set in 2022 to match my kitchen appliances. I do limited cooking and have used very seldomly. The pepper grinder has been refilled 3 or less times. I have replaced battery’s often due to limited use and keep in cabinets. I recently retuned home and haven’t used my kitchen since August 2023. I was shocked the pepper grinder didn’t work even after brand new batteries were added to both. I also removed Pepepercorna and used my air blower to clean gears to make sure it wasn’t jammed or broken. This is disappointing due to how much I’ve used this product. I’m not really sure what the issue is and expected better quality. The salt grinder still works and usage is the same. However salt grinder works better and has less issues than the other one. Battery replacement and light mode always works. Pepper has always been faulty since purchased in 2022. Also bought recommended products listed below purchase order to fill grinder’s with the same size and grind ratio of the machine as advertised. Ordered the same day as purchase and did not use anything else except those items I purchased from the website that was supposed to be made by the seller to be used with the purchase of this item. I am not sure what it was supposed to do but if I did not have the item in my possession it would’ve just been a waste of money. I don’t have the time or energy to get a picture taken and then have to go back and look and figure out what I need to do for it to be taken care of. If you can give me the details of your order and my options to get the best deal possible for the customer to satisfaction with the product or service that I have received from the product that is currently not working for me and has not been a legitimate product for the past two years and I am very disappointed that this product has been not working on my end. Being in this situation is very frustrating because it seems like the customer is not able to get any more information about this product or how it’s going to work with other products or how they will handle the product or the products they sell to customers in order to make sure they get the right product or product for their product or services that will be successful for the product they sell to the consumer and not just for a specific brand or product that is not in use or for the product you are selling. This is not a good way of doing business and it is very difficult for people to understand what they are trying to achieve with their product and the way it operates and how they can achieve with the same results as their promised to when purchased from the same company as their original product is now being sold in the same market as it was before the original purchase was made by a affiliated retailer of the company which is currently in operation with the company which was the owner of this product which has been in production and has been in operation with other companies and is currently being used to make the product in the company which is currently being sold to other companies that have a very large market for customers that have been sold to us as part of our business and we were very impressed by the way that you’re representing your product as top rated and verified by the company you work with. If you’re going to make a profit off your products and not have any other business then I don’t want to make a big deal about you not wanting to do anything to resolve this situation and you don’t have a problem with it so I’m just going to keep you guys on my mind if you’re not interested in doing something else just don’t worry about me and don’t worry about it. I don’t care if you’re busy or if it’s not a good idea for you to take this feedback seriously. I’m tired of being so lazy and not being able to get a what I wanted and paid for when I have been doing so much for my life and it’s been really hard to keep up with everything that I’ve had to go through and I’m not sure how I can get to the same thing as I was supposed to.

It worked great at first, but quickly became less effective. It feels pretty low quality and the longer you use it the more apparent that becomes. I used it around twice a week for a year and it's totally dead now. After about 2 months of use, it looked and sounded like it was struggling to grind even with fresh batteries and being cleaned. The activation button is in an awkward spot causing fatigue quickly if you need a decent amount of pepper for anything.

The style was changed a bit. Not as tall ,but it is easier to change the batteries. You just drop them in don't have to take it apart like before.

Acabo de recibir estos molinillos de sal y pimienta que pedí en color rojo pero, como se nota en la foto que yo tomé, el acabado es matte, no brilloso como parece ser el de la publicidad. Ya veremos que tal muelen.

The product was delivered late. And then I received defective product. Even the customer care team was not helpful.The scheduled pickup twice and every time the pickup would somehow get cancelled without any notice.I suggest everyone not to look at the good reviews, because I have received a bad product and don't rely on their service if you do receive a bad product.
