The salt and pepper grinders work great and are very convenient. Unfortunately, after having them for a little over a month, one of the grinders stopped working and wouldnรขโฌโขt charge. Customer service reached out to me immediately and offered to replace the grinders or receive a refund. I would highly recommend this product, and would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the one defective grinder.

I was very pleased with the stainless steel look of these grinders when they arrived. They have multiple grind settings and the speed of grinding is spot on.They are very top heavy as the motor is above the salt and pepper. They are easy to use one handed. Easy to charge.Then, on the 6th week, the salt grinder stopped holding a charge. No charge equals dead grinder. Now I have huge chunks of pink Himalayan salt and no grinder.Despite being over the 30 day refund period, Amazon did allow for a return of this product. I did have to pay a restocking fee to the product company. Why?? Are they going to sell these non functional grinders to someone else? Just curious why did i have to pay a restocking fee of $7 for a product that didnรขโฌโขt last more than 6 weeks. Terrible value for the money.Very thankful for Amazon. Have not received anything from the company to ask me about their product.

this pepper mill is only 6 months old in a household of 2 adults.It is used ablot 8 to 10 times a week to put pepper on our food after it is served up - we use a different system while cooking.The grinder has quit grinding even though the battery is fully charged.Upon inspection I found the grinder wheel had pieces broken off it and jamed between it and the mandril bowl so it couldnt turn.I see no way of connecting with the seller so Im going to connect with Amazon to see if I cna get a refund.Pretty disappointed - - - had I bought local Id just have to go the the store and it'd have been replaced or refunded.Some things on Amazon are better purchased locally if you're able.More later once I've connected with Amazon customer service.
