Do not buy. My son has had this for a month and right away I wasn’t sure about this device. First it beeps constantly. The manual says it will beep when it goes more than 6mph, well it’s more like 3mph because even when he is just slowly going down our hallway, inside the house, there is no way he could hit that speed but still it beeps and beeps and beeps. The first week or so the battery lasted about 40 mins which I thought was terrible but I guess that’s normal for these? But now a month in it only last 15 mins or so before it starts beeping and the battery flashes red. I tried to find a support website or phone number I could call to get help but it appears none exist. So to sum up if you love annoying beeping and terrible battery life this is the hoverboard for you, otherwise avoid at all costs. No I will begin the long process of trying to return and replace this trash.

This is a low powered Razor knockoff I bought for my daughter! Unlike a Razor it doesnt have much power and doesn't auto level and auto calibrate. I kept it for Christmas gift but also bought a Razor Hoverboard on12/27 so she has both!
