Picked up 3 of these and must say, theyΓ’β¬β’re great! They appear to be built tough, are super quick and the tech built in is simple to use.One scooter had a small defect upon opening but all it took was a simple message to Confun customer service and they called/shipped me a replacement part the next day along with video instructions on how to replace.IΓ’β¬β’m highly impressed with the range on the battery life, the speed and capabilities. Definitely recommend!!!!!

We purchased two scooters to complement a few other smaller scooters. These are great scooters. They are well built, fast, and I put 30 miles on each of them today (IΓ’β¬β’m 230 pounds) and only used 45% of the battery. The lighting is good. For those wondering why their side LED lights arenΓ’β¬β’t working, press the mode button three times fast to turn that feature on and off. The wheels are robust, and the suspension is fine. No issues with getting to speed. Overall, itΓ’β¬β’s a great purchase for the money spent. Also, for those complaining about the app, I found the app to be easy to 'add', easy to use, but it's not needed to use the scooter to its fullest. If you do want the app, and you're halfway familiar with how smart phones work, I can't see how you this would be an issue for you.

The customer service is 10/10. The scooter itself is great and very smooth to ride, but I had to dock a star because I ordered this scooter twice and both times the brakes came too tight and would make noise.Their customer service is very polite and helpful. I do applaud them for their customer service (conducted on WhatsApp). The hassle for the faulty brakes was very annoying. But they reimbursed me for the shop fees. (Just keep in mind their business hours are something like 20:30-05:30 EST bc they're based in China). They will be very helpful over text though!The horn is not a very fun sound, I will admit. I wish the scooter had an electronic brake for personal preference, but the brakes are smooth and work well. For the money, it is worth it. They just need to get their scooters' brakes double checked before sending them out.

I've bought several electric scooters for my mobility needs, and this has been my favorite. I was actually introduced to it by another user, which helped to solidify my decision. I've had a few inexpensive ones, as well as the top model of Niu Brand Scooter, and hands down, the Cunfon is my favorite. The range is better, the weight capacity and handling are better, and the shocks make a huge difference. I'm not a small person, so having the added cushioning to the ride makes a massive difference. I have had some small mechanical issues with the battery going downhill, and a part breakage, one caused by going to fast down a hill which shorted the battery, and the other a break while moving the scooter up a flight of stairs. In both instances, I contacted the manufacturer, and got a prompt reply within 24 hours. Once my amazon order was confirmed, they were able to send me the replacement parts, as well as a needed tool to complete the repairs myself. Easiest manufacturer interaction I've ever had, and it didn't cost anything because of the warranty coverage.

IΓ’β¬β’m super impressed with the FUNCON RZ800Γ’β¬βits quality, range, and speed completely exceeded my expectations! The ride is smooth, powerful, and reliable.Although a part arrived broken, customer service was excellentΓ’β¬βthey responded quickly and sent a replacement part without any hassle.I love the cruise control feature; it makes long rides effortless and keeps my hands relaxed while still allowing easy access to the brakes when needed. The lights, built-in speaker, and overall design add to the experience, and the battery life is outstanding! I rode about 40 miles and still had one bar left when I got home.One minor issue is that the reflectors donΓ’β¬β’t stick wellΓ’β¬βthey tend to fall off easily, so I had to use crazy glue to keep them in place. Other than that, IΓ’β¬β’m super pleased with this scooter! Definitely a great purchase, and the price was pretty reasonable too.

The scooter is of high quality, operates swiftly, and has an exceptionally long battery life. It is very fun to ride. I have been using it for one and a half months, and I am thoroughly satisfied with it. The staff is also very attentive.

The Cunfon RZ800 is a must get. It's fun to ride. Easy to assemble and it comes with all the tools and accessories. I'm really blown away by the features of this scooter. It comes with headlight, rear tail light, horn, left and right turn signal blinkers, fingerprint features to turn it on/off, dual suspension shocks, front and rear brakes, reflective light. Easy to transport not too heavy. It's very stable and smooth on any terrain. Very well designed. I would highly recommended this product to my family and friends. I will be on the lookout for the next generation to come out in the near future. I love my new ride. Thank you Cunfon for this lovely ride. My kids love it and want one also. Γ°ΕΈβ’ΒΓ°ΕΈΒΒΏ

The customer service is amazing after a couple of months there were some issues with the battery and I contacted customer support and they helped a lot I told them there was a problem with the battery and they told me they would send a replacement of a battery ,I got the battery in less than two weeks and itΓ’β¬β’s working perfectly and it works very well with top speed of 50kph . Everyone should buy this if your in need of a scooter itΓ’β¬β’s affordable and great. Thanks Cunfon for everything!!

The Scooter worked great for a couple of weeks, But it had some technical issues after talking to customer service they sent a new one, and this one has had no issuesThe speed on it, Is fast enough to get me from my home to work within 10 minutesi also quite like the anti theft it has on it, The app was easy to install and setup took me about 2 minutes

Well the scooter is well made take about 8hrs to fully charge you have 3 mode the range will depend on how fast you go 50km is pretty decent above that i think it could be too fast because the handle is not like a bicycle you need good balance to get around it and the hole on the road watch out for them it will trow you off quick yeah this a really good scooter overall Bluetooth speaker light all around the scooter i just wish they put it in the instruction book more detail to how to select those light mode and the speed mode i had too look up on the internet and play with it

RZ800DO NOT PURCHASE RZ800So I recently purchased the cunfon rz800 specs stated it will do up to 50km per hr which it will not the dash read out says 50 but actual speed is 38 km per hr tested with a gps speed app that is accurate when tested in a vehicle and on a Navee65c scooter I contacted customer service and they blame the 12km on different region factors and dying battery that is also not the case it does this right off the charger at 100%Maybe a firmware update would fix the dash but they can't seem to do thisSO BEWAREYou probably won't get any customer satisfaction dealing with this company
