The Commugo Electric Scooter for Adults is made with high-quality materials. The controls are located on a small, user-friendly center, but the app is a better choice to configure the settings. The scooter is tall enough for even a 6-foot-tall rider. However, it’s underpowered for going up even the slightest incline. People who weigh less than 130 pounds might be okay if there is not too much of an incline, but even then there will be a bit of a struggle. If you're looking for a good scooter for flat surfaces or those with only gentle inclines, then the Commugo is a good choice, but if you think that you might need to climb hills, it's not going to work, especially if you weigh more than 130 pounds. The 350W motor just can't handle that kind of workload. It will not win any uphill races.

The rear fender snapped at the base. I would like to purchase a replacement fender. I cannot find anywhere to get replacement parts. Where can I get a new fender?

As someone who rides an e-scooter almost daily, I’ve definitely got my opinion on what constitutes a good reliable device. A while back I ordered this scooter as I liked the aesthetics of it, and from a performance standpoint the specs looked pretty good on paper. Upon arrival and inspection it looked good as well, with a good solid construction, clean welds, and nice tight tolerances. Unfortunately that was only up to a point, as the cable that connected the head to the top tube had been completely pulled apart, potentially during transit.Because of this I haven’t really been able to test the scooter itself. I’ve tried to attach a new connector a few times, but the wires are incredibly small and I can’t get any sort of consistent results out of it. I’m also a little confused as the box itself was pristine, had no damage whatsoever, and the scooter was packed very well, so I almost think it happened at factory assembly.Whatever the reason, it unfortunately arrived DOA and I’m still attempting to repair it to where I can get consistent use out of it without failure, so I’ll have to update my review when I reach that point. Until then I cannot recommend it.

I really like this scooter. It is easy to ride, looks nice and doesn't take up a ton of space. I was skeptical about riding an electric scooter but this one changed my mind. I didn't ride scooters before, much less electric ones, but I thought it would be fun. IT IS! It has some cool safety feature that will only start the motor once you kick off and are moving a little preventing accidents. It moves at a pretty fair clip. I have only used it on paved surfaces but it does well. It has some features that like a cruise control that allow you to just steer and keep going at the set pace. It also has a light and a bell. The bell is probably the only thing that resembles the scooter I would have expected as a kid. It takes a moment to get used to steering and the feel of it as it moves but it is a fairly smooth ride. The only issue I had with it is some damage that it arrived with, some peeling of the foot pad, chips and dings in the body of it, and the side fender was cracked with a chunk broken off. Thankfully I reached out to the seller and they are helping to resolve the issues with it. Overall a good buy and definitely fun to scoot around on.
